What is the TriStar Horizon Online Store?

  • Specifically for TriStar Horizon Medical Center employees, the online store allows employees to purchase items with the TriStar Horizon logo for their personal use.

  • The TriStar Horizon Medical Center Online Store follows high security industry standards and guidelines for e-commerce.

 

Will the items have the TriStar Horizon Medical Center Logo?

  • All items will be branded according to the TriStar Horizon Medical Center brand guidelines.

 

Will TriStar Horizon Medical Center make money on my purchase of these items?

  • The online store is provided as a service to employees. TriStar Horizon Medical Center neither makes a profit nor receives any benefits as a result of employees’ purchases.

 

How do I use the Online Store for personal purchases?

  • Select items from the Catalog, then add the desired quantity to your Cart that you would like to purchase. When you have added all desired items to your Cart, choose Check Out to enter your personal shipping and payment information.

 

Who pays for shipping costs?

  • Shipping costs are paid for by employees at the time of purchase and costs are based on number of items and shipping address.

 

Is it possible to see samples of items before purchasing them?

  • Not at this time.

 

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail following online check-out.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

  • Most items will arrive within 2-3 weeks.  Please allow up to 5 weeks for large orders or out of inventory items. At check-out, you will be given the approximate time for processing and shipping. 

 

Can I have the item shipped to a different address than my payment method billing address?

  • Yes, you can have your item shipped to your home or other personal address.

 

How will taxes be determined?

  • Taxes are based on any state, county or municipal taxes applicable to the ship-to address.
